Three tiers. Free covers up to three accounts. Plus unlocks the rest of the app - same features as Pro, but keeps the workspace ads. Pro adds an ad-free workspace on top.
Everything you need to manage up to 3 accounts. No card, no signup, no account.

Ads. That's it. Feature-wise the two tiers are identical - unlimited accounts, moderation auto-agree, NDJSON export, custom themes, one-machine licence, direct support. Plus keeps the workspace's two ad surfaces (side-rail banner + pre-launch video). Pro removes both. The $1/month delta is the cost of taking the ad revenue off the table.
Roster keeps working. Your vault stays. Every account you already added stays usable - you can keep launching and refreshing them all. The free-tier cap only kicks in when you try to add a new account beyond three (or beyond five if you've turned on opt-in bandwidth sharing); until you're back under that, the Add Account button is disabled and existing entries are untouched. Nothing is deleted. Resubscribe and the cap lifts again.
Not for sale. Every load-bearing piece of Roster sits on top of something we don't control (the Roblox client, Windows APIs, anti-cheat), so a "lifetime" promise on that foundation isn't something we want to take money for. We do issue occasional lifetime grants by hand - for early supporters, edge-case refunds, or contributors - but those aren't a product you can purchase.
One at a time, but moving is friction-free. On first activation, the app derives a hardware fingerprint and contacts the licensing server once to bind the licence to that machine. From then on, the licence verifies offline forever on that machine. To switch machines, just paste your activation code on the new one - the licence moves there automatically and the previous machine drops to free on its next daily refresh.
The free tier carries two ad placements - a banner in the workspace side rail and one video before each Roblox launch. That's how the free tier pays for itself rather than being a 14-day trial in disguise. Plus keeps the same two placements, which is why it's cheaper than Pro. Pro removes both surfaces altogether.
No third-party ad network is involved. Both surfaces show first-party promotions - our own "go Pro" cards and placements from sponsors we partner with directly - served from our own site. Rendering one contacts only accountroster.com; no advertising or tracking SDK runs in the app. If you click a sponsor's card it opens that sponsor's website in your normal browser, where their own privacy policy applies - but nothing about your accounts, vault, or usage is ever sent anywhere. Pro removes both placements entirely.
If your account is terminated and you can demonstrate the termination was caused by a defect in Roster (not by behaviour on the account itself), we'll refund the year and credit you for any paid time you bought. See the Return Policy for the procedure.
Plus and Pro are non-refundable as a matter of policy, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise (which, for most of our customers, it does). If Roster is genuinely broken for you on a current release and we can't fix it within a reasonable window, email support@ and we'll work it out case by case. We don't do "no questions asked" refunds.
No. Plus is $2.99/mo and Pro is $3.99/mo for everyone. Region pricing for a few currencies where parity is wildly off (BR, AR, TR, IN, NG, EG, PH, ID) is the only adjustment.
Checkout runs on Whop, which handles cards and whatever region-appropriate alternatives Whop supports at the time of purchase.
